Q2 Domains Sales DOWN - Opportunity is Knocking….
Ron Jackson from the DN Journal is reporting that Q2 Domain Sales are Down -”The total dollar value of all sales reported to us in 2Q-2009 was just $21.1 million, a $7.2 million drop from the $28.3 million reported in 1Q-2009.” The entire DN Journal story can be read here.
I personally see this as an opportunity for Domainers and first time/newer domain investors. Simple Supply & Demand seems to be impacting the domain industry, obviously more so on the demand side….and undoubtedly there are A LOT of premium .com domain names out in the aftermarket. If domain portfolio owners need cash - they will sell and if you (yes YOU) are aggressive and passionate about what you want to do then GO FOR IT!
Case in point, I just noticed last night that DivorceLawyers.com went from asking $500k to $200k - WOW! Knock Knock - who’s there? OPPORTUNITY!
This is a wonderful time to be in the domain industry and I think it is unbelievable with regards to what you can do.
